If that label was on the loaf you just bought from the supermarket, would you still buy it?
See, the thing about making my own bread is, I know exactly what’s in it. It’s usually just flour, water, yeast and oil. Because they’re organic ingredients I know there’s no GM hiding in there.
But I know we don’t all have ours to spend whiling away in the kitchen, keeping starters alive and weighing up the merits of flour vs oil for kneading.

Do you eat bread? If you’re not baking your own, then do look out for and support your nearest artisan baker. It’s the surest way you can be sure of what you’re feeding your family.
