The one above is the ‘king’ sprout from the top of some sprouts we had for Christmas dinner last year.
I fried this shredded sprout with some chilli in a little olive oil. Scrumptious. Add some grated apple and garlic and it’d be even more delicious. Especially with some warm crusty bread. Mmmm.
