Best of all, the helper was truly happy even before 8am:
On a practical note, I’ve been spraying the sprouts (with room-temperature filtered tap water) rather than watering them with a can. It causes less disturbance and avoids the bottom tray becoming flooded (which happened upon the first watering attempt).
By all accounts, tomorrow should bring the first of the edible sprouts. I’m not convinced and am planning to harvest in 2 days.
